Design Philosophy My approach to decorating is that it should be fun. Lots of fun. It is a process. It should not be intimidating or overwhelming. I strive to make my client's design projects as stress-free as possible, helping them with important design decisions that help save both time and money. My main design goal is that I don't want to decorate your home to highlight my style. I want you to be a part of the process. Your home is an extension of your personality and you should be involved in its creation. About our store I strive to select products that are unique yet affordable. Pieces that are timeless and that can fit within a variety of design styles. Niki did a FABULOUS job re-designing our basement family room from a kids' playroom to a warm, inviting, comfortable, modern, more grown up space that we can all enjoy for years to come! My kids now say that it's the best room in the house and I must agree! Niki is so easy to work with, has a great sense of style and space, and above all she listened to our needs. She knew what we wanted before we even did, but never imposed anything on us. It was my first time dealing with a designer for a project and I must admit I was a bit hesitant but I'm so happy that I did give her a call and found her! I will not have to look any further for our future projects! We look forward to working with Niki again, and we highly recommend her services, you will not be disappointed!

I loved the selection at the wish decor shop! The items I purchased looked exactly like in the pictures and they came quickly. Niki even gave me some much appreciated advice on how to pair them. It's the perfect place to find what you need to finish any room. All in all a great experience, will definitely be revisiting :)

Niki did an amazing job planning and executing the renovations of our sun room. This is the third time I have worked with her, and her attention to detail, patience, and design sense are always impeccable. I look forward to working with her on many more projects in the future!

Niki is an absolute gem to work with! I had a pretty clear idea on the look that I wanted for our two bathroom renovations and kitchen update and had done lots of preliminary scouting around, but felt that I really needed a professional's eye to be sure that I was on the right track. Nicki was wonderful! Her expertise and advice was invaluable in narrowing down my choices and helping me to choose tiles, backsplash, kitchen counter, lighting and paint colours. She was a pleasure to work with, knowledgeable, outgoing and enthusiastic! I will certainly be calling on Niki for my next project. Thank you Niki!

I hired Wish Decor for a one-time consultation. I'm very pleased with my experience. Niki gave me specific recommendations to improve my space. From furniture pieces, furniture placement, paint colors to the size of lighting fixtures, she covered absolutely everything. She also gave me different options to work with, things that I had never thought of and that really made sense. Furthermore, she explained what each option would bring to the room. She also gave me precious information in order for me to be able to tackle my project in the proper order. I felt that she was very willing to share her knowledge so that my project is successful.

Having to decorate a modern open concept condo with concrete ceiling has been overwhelming for my husband and I. Although we had purchased most of the new furniture, we were facing the challenge of tying everything together. Niki (WISH DECOR) provided a detailed step-by-step plan on purchasing accent furniture, accessories, wallpaper and colours; always respecting the available budget. She also gave us advice on furniture placement as well as wall decoration; balance is everything! Niki is a true professional, she listens to your needs and is also able to recognise your personality /style by analyzing your environment. Can't wait for our next project! Sylvie and George

Needed someone to help "pin down" what I wanted for my bathroom remodel. Wish Decor (Niki) was extremely helpful. I was stuck on a vanity that was so pricey and she gave me a great idea on how to save money on a vanity and it still be super unique and special. So I took her advice and I am taking a dresser and converting it...for half the price but twice the charm!! She also gave me great ideas on lighting and tiles. Yet, always understanding that we were on a budget and giving us options at every part of the project where we could save money. She also takes into consideration MY style and even the style of the house so that everything ties in. Truly a great help and a great eye!!!

As a first-time home buyer, the idea of decorating a new home can be exciting and intimidating. We did not know where to begin with our home decor. Niki from Wish Decor came over and put as at ease as she helped us discover elements of the space we had never noticed or appreciated. Her knowledge of home decor and color, professionalism and kindness towards us made the process very enjoyable. She answered all of our questions with great ease. And, what's more, helped us pick the perfect colors for our new home. The end result? A first home makeover with a completely changed appearance (in a good way) that is admired, not only by us, but by family and friends alike. Thank you, Wish Decor!
